Well the boss’s home had to be a role model; after all when she, Pallavi Shekar is someone who ever shines with passion and positivity so does her abode. The basic criteria of the project was to create a homely atmosphere with a modern resemblance. So it was a transformation of the space with simple geometric foundations with splendour in an artistic manner. Artefacts are also used to articulate the house. Wood is used as the basic element in various forms such as panelling, rafters, etc,. There is ample amount of natural light that is let in and the minimalism followed makes the home all the more spacious. Subtlety is the key, be it in false ceiling, lighting, colour or textures there is a balance.
