TEJAL (Bright)

The client had an idea of a building that would stand out from the rest of houses that was in its lane. So we designed it in a manner that it redefines the concept of visual balance, stands simple yet a visual retreat in the prime area of Bangalore. The rhythmic wooden facade with a sense of depth and movement in contrast with glass and concrete is a signature feature of the building. The raw and contemporary feature of the building was accentuated using unique lighting fixtures that brought out the look of it to the epitome during the night as this was going to host numerous parties for the client. Interior spaces give a precise definition for contemporary architecture with a tinge of elegance. With challenging site conditions , the building had been designed successfully to provide a promising and a comforting habitat for the inhabitants. The relaxing roof top garden is one of those rare hidden goodies in the middle of a super busy city. There is a green wall in the terrace garden area, provision for sauna, a roof top multipurpose hall for the purpose of luxury and comfort.
