RACHANA (CREATION)

“Sharing and integrity defines a community but valuing the presence of every individual within fulfills a community living". Located in one of the quieter pockets in the Bangalore, we emphasized the need to ‘create’ a small diverse community within this row housing complex.​ ​ The design vocabulary reflects the principles of modernism with its materials and detail. The different levels within the house offers unobstructed view of the urban locale, while inward view provides intimacy and refuge. ​ ​ Each dwelling intercepts a sense of soundness to its own residents by the virtue of it's size, volume and complexity. ​
