- LALAM (Jewel)
In a 40' X 80' site nestled in a residential locality of J P nagar, the client wanted a luxurious house and the focus of the design was to create unusually elegant spaces and interiors. The planning features opulent spaces and amenities and the finishes are carefully selected to make unique statement of life exceptionally well lived. The result is a relaxing and elegant sanctuary that spaces luxury and style. The house is designed to make maximum use of natural resources. Large openings in all rooms provide ample natural ventilation, minimizing the use of air-conditioning. The spaces designed are a refreshing revelation of a residential framework that supports a cultural link (since the client was very vastu specific in terms of all aspects), a sense of discovery and a feeling of intimacy in every section of this multi level home. The building is formed from basic elemental shapes with raw finished materials, such as exposed concrete, wood and clear glass. The bay window on the façade adds to the frontage and also connects the interior to the exterior.
